       Application are invited from eligible candidates only for engagement in the following purely contractual posts under the Specialized Adoption agency (SAA) and other establishments in Anandamath Juvenile Home for Girls, Purulia. Initial contractual period is for one year which may subsequently be revised as per order of the competent authority.

Eligible criteria and other terms and conditions are indicated in the following:

1. Social Worker cum Early Childhood Educator in the Specialised Adoption Agency (SAA) : 

Vacancy: 01 (Gen) for female candidates only.

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work with diploma in Computer operations from any Government Recognised Agency/ Institution.

Minimum Experience:  at least one year experience in relevant field of work

Other preferred qualification: Masters Degree in Psychology/ Social Work knowledge of early childhood care and education is (ECCE).

Consolidated Pay per month: Rs. 14,000/-

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and 40 years as on the date of advertisement

2. Doctor part time in the specialized adoption agency is a number of posts:

Vacancy: 01 (Gen) for female/ male candidates

Minimum educational qualification : MBBS

Minimum Experience:  at least one year experience in relative fielfield

Other preferred qualification: DNB or MD in Pediatrics

Age limit: Minimum 24 years and maximum 40 years as on the date of advertisement

3. Office In-charge (OC):

Vacancy : 01 (SC) for female candidates only

Minimum educational qualification: LLB or Masters Degree in Psychology/ Social Work/ Social Sciences with Diploma in Computer operation from any Government recognized Agency /Institution

Minimum experience: at least 3 years experience in the field of Child Welfare and in Administrative Managerial Capacity

Consolidated Pay per month: Rs. 25,000/-

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 42 years as on the date of advertisement

4. Child welfare officer (CWO) /Case Worker/ Probation Officer :

Vacancy : 01 (SC) for female candidates only

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate with Social Work/ Psychology/ Social Sciences with Diploma in Computer operation from any Government recognized Agency/ Institution

Minimum experience: at least 3 years experience in the field of child welfare

Consolidated Pay per month : Rs.17,500/-

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on the date of advertisement

5. Store Keeper cum Accountant: 

Vacancy : 01 (SC) for female candidates only

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in Commerce/ Accountancy (Hnrs) with Diploma in Computer operations from any Government recognized Agency/ Institution

Minimum experience: at least 3 years experience in the relevant field

Consolidated Pay per month: Rs.14,000/-

Age limit : Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on date of advertisement

6. Paramedical staff 

Vacancy : 01 (SC) for female candidates only

Minimum educational qualification: HS passed and Diploma in Nursing/ Pharmacy

Minimum experience: at least 3 years experience in the relevant field

Consolidated Pay per month: Rs.9,000/-

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on date of advertisement

Selection procedure: 

Social Worker cum ECE, Office In-charge and Child Welfare Officers (CWO), Case Worker,  Probation Officer and Store Keeper cum Accountant candidate for the post in serial number 1,3, 4 and 5 shall be selected by means of a written examination of 70 marks followed by a computer test of 20 marks and a Viva-Voce  of 10 marks. Candidates must be at least 21 marks (30%) in the written exam to qualify for the computer test and Viva-Voce qualification candidates in the ratio of 1:5 Shall be called for the computer test and Viva-Voce. 

The distribution of marks for the written test will be as follows:  a)  subject specific- 40 marks. b) General studies- 10 marks, c) Mathematics -10 marks, d) English- 10 marks.

The duration of the written exam will be for 90 minutes

Paramedical Staff candidates for the post in serial number 6 shall be selected by means of a written examination of 90 marks followed by a Viva-Voce  of 10 marks, candidates must secure at least 27 marks (30%) in the written exam to qualify for the Viva-Voce. Qualified candidates in the ratio of 1:5 called for Viva-Voce.

The distribution of marks for the written test will be as follows:  a) Subject specific -50 marks, b) General studies- 15 marks, c) Mathematics -15 marks, d) English-10 marks.

The duration of the written exam will be 2 hours. 

The date time and venue of written examination shall be communicated through online Admit Card.
